How do I know if my Premera or Aetna plan covers therapy?
Most Premera and Aetna plans include behavioral health benefits. We'll verify your coverage before your first session. You can also call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask about outpatient mental health benefits.
What is my copay or coinsurance likely to be?
This depends on your specific plan and whether you've met your deductible. Many employer-sponsored plans through Amazon and Microsoft have low or no copays for in-network mental health services. We'll give you a clear picture of your costs before your first appointment.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. We offer secure telehealth sessions for clients throughout Washington State, making it easy to attend appointments from home or work.
What if I don't have insurance or am out-of-network?
We offer self-pay rates and can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement from your insurer. Sliding scale fees are available for those with financial need — please reach out to discuss.
